Donald is a Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) and Certified Lead Inspector (CLI) and with over 12 years of experience in numerous aspects of industrial hygiene and safety issues, as well as 14 years of experience in the construction industry and 4 years in hazardous materials remediation project management and estimation. Jim Holland, REA, CR, WLS
Jim has been actively engaged in the cleaning and restoration industry for over 35 years. He is the President of RestCon Environmental, a division of Restoration Consultants, Inc. He is a nationally recognized instructor, consultant, columnist and author. His firm performs training, indoor environmental sampling, laboratory analysis, restoration consulting services, expert witness and litigation support services.

Jim currently holds the following positions:

John BantaJohn Banta BooksJohn Banta CAIH, B.A., Environmental Health Scientist
John is certified by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene as a Certified Associate Industrial Hygienist with a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Health Science and 23 years of experience in Indoor Environmental Quality. He is a specialist in microbiological problems resulting from water damage in buildings. John is an Applied Microbial Remediation Technician and an approved instructor for both the NCHH and IICRC. He has conducted investigations, trained technicians, established worker safety and health programs and supervised crews in sewage, flood and fungal remediation throughout the United States. He is the co-author of the book titled Prescriptions for a Healthy House: A Practical Guide for Architects, Builders, and Homeowners.

His new book is Extreme Weather Hits Home, Protecting Your Buildings from Climate Change.

Mark AyersMark Ayers - Project Manager, CAC DOSH 06-4038
Mark has 25 years experience in construction, providing residential and commercial building repair and remodeling services. During the past seven years he has specialized in demolition, restoration and reconstruction of fire-damaged, water-damaged and sewage-contaminated buildings. He is an experienced estimator, having engaged in all phases of the building, restoration and reconstruction industry. Mark's building experience includes water proofing and specialty coating systems. He has provided project management services for many high-profile remediation projects. Mark is also a Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC DOSH 06-4038).

Boni PassmoreBoni Passmore, Ph.D., Environmental Scientist
Boni has a doctorate in Biochemistry and Biophysics from the University of California at Davis with over fifteen years experience conducting biological research, the majority in the field of plant pathology. Dr. Passmore has designed and conducted several independent research projects, trained graduate students and visiting scientists, and written and edited articles for peer reviewed scientific journals.

For five years, she has owned and operated a home improvement company specializing in the analysis and improvement of residential buildings for indoor air quality and energy efficiency.
